Why does it take a little longer to get my order?
Because I work a full time job along side my art, I create and fulfill orders in the evenings and on weekends. That means my turnaround time is a little slower than big shops - but your piece is handmade and gets my full attention when it's your turn. Thanks for being patient and supporting what I love to do!

Do you do commissioned drawings of people?
While I have commissioned drawings of people in the past, I no longer offer them due to the lengthy amount of time that it takes to create them.

Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final due to the handmade nature of my work. If there is a problem with your order (like damage during shipping), please contact me and I will do my best to make it right.
