Why does it take a little longer to get my order?
I prioritize quality over speed. To ensure that every order receives my full artistic attention, I work on a first-come, first-served basis with a limited monthly schedule. Thank you for your patience as I create something special for you!
Orders are processed and shipped every Monday. To keep shipping costs affordable, all bookmark orders are sent via USPS First-Class Mail. Please note that this service does not include tracking. Once shipped, please allow 5–7 business days for your delivery to arrive.

Do you do commissioned drawings of people?
While I have commissioned drawings of people in the past, I no longer offer them due to the lengthy amount of time that it takes to create them.

Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final due to the handmade nature of my work. If there is a problem with your order (like damage during shipping), please contact me and I will do my best to make it right.
